Returns
We don't accept returns as all items are made to order and cannot be resold.
Refunds and Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements for misprinted, defective, or damaged items. No return is required; clear photos are needed within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligible Products
Our made-to-order range includes T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and more.
Non-Refundable
We do not provide refunds for:

Shipping Delays
Merch Crafters is not responsible for carrier-induced delays.
Exchanges
We don’t support exchanges as all products are made to order. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Order Cancellation
A 24-hour window is available for cancellations. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as production will have begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For packages marked as "delivered" but missing, please contact the carrier directly. Merch Crafters cannot refund or replace these orders.
