Order Cancellations

Timeframe for Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the 24-hour window has passed, or production has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted as each item is made to order.

How to Cancel Your Order
- To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team at support@merchcrafters.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Non-Cancellable Purchases
The following situations are non-cancellable:
- Orders beyond the 24-hour cancellation window.
- Products that have entered the production process.
- Custom orders with personalized designs once production has started.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- For cancellations made within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Changes to Orders
- Changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or design adjustments) must also be requested within the 24-hour cancellation window.
- After this window, no modifications can be made.
